"I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment on Baldwin Pond for two years with my pup and daughter and absolutely loved my time there. Everyone stayed to themselves but was friendly when walking around the path by the pond. If you want to be in the Baldwin Park area this is a nice small apartment complex with great stores nearby and not too far if you need to go downtown or Orlando International Airport. The grass is kept up and if you call for maintenance it will be resolved by the next day. I would just suggest to the property manager to enlarge the numbers on the building got my deliveries sent to the wrong building several times and had to chase it down, but was always able to retrieve it. "After living here nearly a year I thought I would go a ahead and write a short review. I am unimpressed with state of the art on site gyms and clubhouses so On Baldwin Pond is perfect for me. Joe the property manager is always on hand and very easy to deal with. I had a slight problem with my washer and dryer on a Monday and it was replaced with a brand new unit on Thursday. (Yes, each unit has it's own W&D). Just an example of the one on one service I've received. I am also including a picture of my view. For less than $1400 a month this place and it's proximity to everything cannot be beat."
