"Had an amazing experience with this staff, Zay and his team truly will bend over backwards and provide the best customer service absolutely possible. Maintenance really has been on top of all repairs and is so polite and helpful. Pest control comes weekly and trash valet comes daily and it's so helpful with my busy schedule. I HIGHLY recommend for the staff alone, but the apartments are beautiful and well maintained with great amenities."

"I thought I found the perfect place to live and they made me feel rushed to sign and move in. As I toured the unit we found MANY broken and not working things, the staff said they’d have it fixed before move in and now some of the things have gotten even worse, I can’t even cook because my stove won’t turn on, the washing machine also turns on and shuts off before even filling up with water. There’s paint encrusted on all the edges of the carpet, the sliding door is broken and to the point I can’t open it from how stuck it is. All these things were pointed out prior to moving in and now I’m living in a unit that I can’t cook or wash clothes in. I’ve tried contacting the manager and maintenance over 5 times sadly all within a week of living here and not a single peep from anyone to come help out. They have such great amenities but I don’t even have a key to get my amazing packages from the locker… I want to live here not struggle here."

"AC has been blowing hot air since early January. I put in several request to fix it and it got “completed”. No AC was fixed. When the issue continued, one of the maintenance guys shows up and says we need freon but didn’t bother to get it because it was too late for his shift, promised to get a portable and he also didn’t do that. I’ve been at the leasing office everyday since and they have no capable way of communicating with the maintenance guys. As soon as you’re a day late on the rent though they send you an eviction notice. This place is a dump lmao."

"I used to love living here. Everything was great until people started moving out of the building and they started renovating the apartments around me. There are appliances, prior resident’s things that they left here, and TRASH everywhere. It smells so bad and is attracting bugs and lizards and it is so gross. I would hate to see mice. I have bugs in my apartment now and run through the hall with my mouth closed and nose plugged. It has been weeks, maybe 2 months and I have complained 5 times and absolutely nothing has been done. It is such a sanitation and health hazard. I really hope management gets better about complaints like this because it is so gross! The smell and bugs- i can’t take it."

"I lived at TGA from March of 2018 to March 2019. During the time that I resided in the complex I have had nothing but lovely experiences particularly with the leasing team. From Lynn to Carmen to Sophia and Shannon, these ladies have offered absolutely STELLAR care and service at every single turn. Any small issue I've had have been tended to with due diligence and care but this property's wonderful team! I enjoyed my time at TGA and have been tempted to visit the office since I moved—that's the impact their consistently courteous and accommodating service has made! I can't vouch for the new management because I was moving already when they had taken over, but if they are keeping that fantastic team (and treating them well) they can't go wrong! I had a renovated modest first floor unit on property which was just what I needed while acclimating to Central Florida. Also, the on-site gym is great, it has good training equipment for boxing which can be rare. Overall the community is nice and has a phenomenal team!"
