"I would give zero stars if I could. Worst apartment experience ever! These places are old and nasty and my unit was dirty when I moved in. They charge $65/month for cable that I never used, $28 for valet trash that is disgusting. Only lived here a year and purchased the stress free move for $200 that I was told by management included carpet cleaning but then they charged another $140 for carpet cleaning. Very dishonest and deceitful! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Reply to your reply: I have moved out so I’m not “stopping by the office”. I have emailed Zamira several times to no avail so have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs."
