"Very overpriced place. Charges for everything. When I moved in the apartment was not renovated, the carpet wasnt clean, the washer didnt work properly. Took 3 weeks to get my mailbox keys fixed. The management doesnt give a damn about thier tenants. Evicted me and my daughter 4 days before Christmas. Very heartless and don't answer the phones to speak like a human being. Everything is done thru text messages. I don't like how I was treated at all!"

"The only reason I put 4 stars & not 5 is just simply because of the rent, this is definitely not a place to move into for students ESPECIALLY if it’s your first time renting. Now one thing I can genuinely say about this place is the staff is amazing. I’ve really only spoke with a handful of them at the front office but they have always had the best attitude with me and always make sure my needs are met. I made a complaint last week about a minor roach problem and they took care of it as soon as possible. I also put in a maintenance request for my A/C leakage & they came that same day and fixed it. Honestly was shocked at all the bad reviews considering all the staff here that i’ve encountered, have been nothing but helpful!"

"This place charges fees for every thing. Leaving mail in mailbox, guest parking, $50/month trash, $100 for key fob to get into the apartment gate. Terrible management. People in front office are very rude. Maintenance does not do their job and takes days to answer requests. No emergency maintenance. Do NOT move here. If you can afford it move to The Rexford next door they are much nicer."

"after being displaced by hurricane ian this was the only place i could find close to UCF that had room for us and honestly i think i would have been better off homeless. The audacity that this place has to charge such an outrageous amount with added fees on top of it is actually sickening. i truly don't know how these people sleep at night. i have lived here for less than a year and within the first week, my dryer broke. No biggie, i just call maintenance. it took them over a month to come fix the KNOB. this is something i could have done on my own, but its NOT MY JOB. They took my kitchen drawer 6 months ago and i have yet to get it back. my washer is now broken. the kitchen counters are made of the worst material passible and i guarantee they do it on purpose so you don't get your security deposit back because they stain so easily. these are only a few of the challenges i've had here. I lived in an apartment for $850/month that was a million times better in ALL aspects. I am counting down the seconds to move out of this God forsaken place. don't bother calling them either, you'll only get a robot and if you do end up with an actual person, they'll be from UDR not the actual apartment complex so none of your questions will be answered. save your money, time, and sanity and just DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I have lived here for 6 months and it has been both the most unpleasant and most expensive living experience I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. The maintenance does not fix anything, they visit your apartment to check off the order but don't do any work. Our dryer has been broken for over a month now. This is not the first issue we have had and the office could not care less, you will be handled with dismissive customer service and hurried out the door. It has been like this since move in but I unfortunately had no other options and ended up here. They will also penny and dime you for anything you can think of. You have to pay $50 to get a pass for the gate which you have to return upon move out and they don't give you your money back on it. You also have to pay $40 a month for trash service, and in order to be able to receive packages you have to sign up for a $20 a month service. It's ridiculous especially considering the premium they charge for rent. NOwhere I have ever lived made me pay to receive packages, and you have to sign up for it or else your package gets sent back. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SANITY AND MONEY AND DONT LIVE HERE."
