River Reach Apartments

"It started off pretty well here in my apartment with tons of natural light and space. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke in August and multiple requests were made to maintenance but no one came. I tried going to the leasing office which was always closed during the day as they were out on tours. Then while burning hot in an apartment that was 82 degrees, there was an ant invasion that was in my kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and bedroom. The downstairs neighbor smoked weed and invited other teens to his place to crash and smoke weed. I could smell it in my apartment and so could my kids who were not even 5 and 7. It was a disgusting time so I broke the lease and moved out within 2 weeks."

"I’m always satisfy with the service that provides maintenance. Since I live here in River Reach the maintenance crew are responsible and respectful with residents and their properties. I can’t wait days or weeks to come to my apartment to fix any damage. They respond immediately and very helpful in all. The maintenance department are really good here especially one person he's excellent performing his job duties always helps you anything you need . He's very kind sweet person. If any questions you need to speak to he's the right person. The name of the maintenance person is Victor Maldonado. His job performance is so excellent he can take care of his property very good he looks out for everyone. I've been here 2 years and 5 months living on the property I reckon them anyone who wants to come live here it's a wonderful place."

"One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. If you want to live in the Ghetto you have the right place. Can't enjoy the pool because of the drinking, smoking, loud music and out of control behavior. Maintenance is a joke. Potholes all over. Management could care less. Your unit will look nothing like the model. Rent is outrageous for this complex. Much better complexes in the area. Below you will see a few phots of the worst things. Mold and Mildew on the doors, stairs etc. Your mail and packages left wide open for anyone to take, even tho they have a locker system. Buyer Beware."
