"Hi everyone, I needed to write a review. I’ve lived here at the Hudson East for a few months. And I have to say it’s been amazing. The team here is excellent. The ladies in the main office are caring and patient with your every need, and the maintenance is on point with fixing everything. Freddy, Who is in charge of maintenance, is always on top of fixing everything. My dryer broke. Freddy and his team got a brand new one for the apartment within a few days of ordering it. He was going to fix and replace it the same day but unfortunately had none in the warehouse to get one immediately. It is a great place to live, especially if you have kids. It is a very safe area, and they also see to that. There are many law enforcement that live in the area. Thanks again to the ladies in the office and Freddy and his maintenance team for always caring."

"Moved in and this is the following issues on just 2-days . They do not deserve a star and to be transparent I have already spoken to my legal team about my experience. No hot water. Was promised yesterday it would be fixed while I was gone and still no hot water and no answer . Gave me the wrong parking sticker so people in the neighborhood put notes on my truck since I should not be parked in that area, but the sticker is from management gave me Eight at east sticker not hudson . Was promised correct sticker yesterday never received Had to find my own mailbox was not shown anything Internet was delivered on the 18th and stolen by 22nd when I moved in. ATT came here yesterday with new equipment. Communication in this establishment is horrible and I completely regret moving here. Not worth it at all to live, so please take my advice on this place and management."
