"It’s been a great experience living here. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I love to take walks around the area. Very safe. Feeding the ducks and ducklings around the ponds is a very relaxing thing to do. The area where the complex it’s located has stores, gas station, pharmacy and many other stores nearby. "Although yes this is a good place to live, they don't clean the back of the apartments (where I live) it has leaves all over the place especially when raining and when you call if there's a problem in the apartments it takes them so long to come, almost until u call them again then they come. Yes it's good but the ducks use the restroom all around everywhere. And ppl who are playing with balls always get it into the lake, I can't come to the office because u know, I'm still a kid in middle school so..."

"I love the neighborhood, the office staff are really nice and maintenance gets done quickly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the gym situation. I wish we could access the gym 24 hours a day. It is hard for those of us that work a 9-5 job to use the facilities. Also, I live in one of the apartments that hasn't been remodeled so it's a little out dated. Other than those things the place is great. Always clean and I feel safe."

"I actually prayed for this apartment and God truly did answer my prayers. The staff, from maintenance to management are just out of this world amazing and professional. You can visually see that they try their best to keep this place running smoothly and efficiently as possible. They work very hard and are always available unless the office is closed. They communicate with you on a timely manner, either through phones or a print out memo. My neighbors are angels to say the least, they're not loud or obnoxious. My apartment is so cozy and charming, yes it's an older model but it is spacious, clean and rodent free(which is A+ for living anywhere in FL). I take care of it like it's my baby. Maintenance request never takes more than 24 hours, most of the time, they fix the issue the same day. There's plenty of parking spaces. Take my words and don't hesitate to move here. You won't regret it."
