"We are new residents at Pine Harbour apartments for two weeks and so far it has been a wonderful experience! These are great apartments in a great location. We must say that Mr. Brian (who have been amazing) was very welcoming, responsive, understanding, and professional. Mr. Brian helped us through the application and approval process and he took his time to make sure that we had the apartment we needed and we are very grateful for that. We also want to mention Marilyn and Dianna they’re very kind and very helpful to our needs. The staff are friendly and they all greet you with a smile. We are happy to become part of the Pine Harbour community!"

"I have stayed at plenty of apartments my day. However, Pine Harbour is one of my favorite and best places to live. First of all the management were so kind, And if I ever needed anything, they were very attentive and Jonny on the spot. The management office is also extremely engaging and kind. I remember going to look at one of the apartments. The staff was dressed in Halloween costumes, and they made me a part of the facilities. A lot of great memories from living there. I will remember them for years to come, and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place near downtown Orlando, Pine Harbour is the place to go!!! The Apartment homes are nice, Spacious, And most importantly, it feels like home. Thank you again, Pine Harbour You were amazing!!!"

"My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment at Pine Harbour a month ago, and it has been such a wonderful experience. Angel Nazario in the front office is excellent! When we first came to visit the apartment, Angel gave us such a detailed and thorough tour of the community. He answered all of our questions, helped us through the entire leasing process, and even gave us a wonderful welcome gift when we moved in! Our apartment was clean and move in ready. The maintenance team is very professional, helpful, and timely. As two college students, safety is a huge concern of ours, and we both feel extremely safe here. The community is gated, and it is extremely quiet. Neighbors are kind and respectful. In the short month we have lived here, there has been a food truck night and a morning where the office staff supplied free breakfast. After a bad experience at our previous apartment, we are so lucky to call Pine Harbour home!"
