"Has everyone gone Loco? The complaints I have been reading are cray cray. Mowing the lawn at 9am? Most places start at 730am. It has to be done....no matter what time it's being done someone is going to be inconvenienced. Also....the parking situation. It is what it is....we need to learn to deal with it. The office knows there is not enough guest parking and surely they understand the cars everywhere. I am sure when the place was built 20 years ago the parking was considered in the plans....things change. Elsa Ray specifically told me the grill and fire pit area had no time limit....but to be respectful and no ruckus late at night. Understandable!!!!! No garage Inspections? Well...so what? I have seen the inside of many garages and they all look uncluttered and well organized. The dumpster area....what is expected ...for the staff to bring the items to the dump themselves....the trash company only comes so often. Life is short stop complaining and look at all the good in life and where you live. Be grateful your not living on the other side of the fence in a tent. There isn't a bug problem there isn't the smell of weed everywhere no loud cars driving thru the community and the place is clean and pretty. Posi Vibes!!"

"I just moved in a week ago. 1. Elsa Ray is AMAZING, she is always smiling and very welcoming!!! I absolutely adore her. She has helped me so much, she is always kind and treats me like a close friend. She has a no problem attitude....always ready to be of assistance. Thank you Elsa for all of your kindness....even the emails she respond to are super friendly and processional! 2. The maintenance staff has been SUPERB, I had an issue with one of my interior doors, funky grout under the rim of my sink, the ice maker did not work, my AC stopped working, the code for the gate would not open the gate and my front door keys would not work. ALL of this fixed as soon as it was mentioned to the staff! NO BAD ATTITUDE NO SENSE OF ANNOYANCE FROM ANYONE! 3. The people that live here are SO NICE! People wave as you drive by and stop and say hello when you are out on the property. Yes parking is a pain in the rear-end for guests, HOWEVER....no one complains to me about my guests cars. I surely do not mind cars parked here there and everywhere..... drive around them. Everyone has a right to visitors and we should all be accommodating to our neighbors. So far..... I LOVE IT HERE.......I don't understand the bad reviews."

"I need to write the things a bit long and I am not sorry for 1 star. I've been at Wisper Palms apartments since July and it's been 3 months. 1. You can only park your cars 2 and all other visitor and shared parking lanes are not enough. This site is really terrible about parking. 2. If you park your car next to the centered depot, the site responsible calls you to move your car away, but they do this at 01 am and really disturbing. 3. There is a pool in the site, and it says open "dawn to dusk" but in summer, the site responsible comes at 9 pm and wants you to out, 10pm, 11pm and really insist to bring you out. Look, I pay rent and I came from work at 9:30 pm and it's impossible to swim. I told them please write the entrance hours to define the pool hours, but they abuse and control the pool sites by themself jeoulisly and in winter, it is closing at 5pm which is really terrible. I have a pool and I pay it, but yellow highlight car comes and brings you out from the pool AND from the grill side!!! People generally call their friends for dinner, but they are alerted by the site responsible!!? 4. Every monday 9 am with no delay and no doubt, I must wake up because of grass cut machine's disgusting noise. Everytime in the morning, there are really too much noises and begins from 9 am. They are disturbing you a lot even don't caring you or your baby needs sleeping. The machines of the site management is using way too much noisy machines to trim the grasses. So disturbing. 5. Nobody cares the dumpster side, whenever I go, I see everywhere trash bags and rubbish scattered. I really want them to show the same control as they did for the pool. 6. The site entrance gate numbers are not the same as door numbers. They changed it and it becomes really difficult for Amazon deliveries, they can't open the door and my boxes went to the managers office, but my house deserves deliveries not the manager office. 7. They sent a paper to change kitchen lids, but it's been still not finished for 2 months. And they couldn't complete it also they did asymmetrical. There is no come-back again, and currently I have to use my kitchen without the lids and handlings. Such a lazy and bad works. I didn't like Wisper Palms...."

"New management has done many updates that I’m happy about. However on a personal basis I’m extremely disappointed and probably will be my last year here. Not only my rent went up $800 now they are doing remodeling with 2 days of notification but they are not prepare to complete the remodels. I tried to call corporate left many messages and no response, nobody cares that I’m upset. Here is an example, my kitchen cabinets are extremely old and collapsing , all they are doing is changing the topper and the doors to make them look good, the bottom and sides are broken.. They removed all my kitchen and bathroom cabinets doors to replace them with new ones to later find out they don’t have the doors, now I have to wait maybe week and half for my doors to come in. They “don’t know” that’s what I get from management. Not even I’m sorry, let me put the old ones till we get your new doors so your kitchen don’t look like that for the next 2 weeks. Change the cabinet topper leave 2 holes on the wall. I’m sorry but when you Pay $2.3k for an apartment I expect more. The pictures shows you how my apartment was after they left. Disaster!"
