"You charge for services that I don’t have or use exterminator fees garbage pickup fees plus the lawn service blow dirt and rocks on people cars the barbecue pit hasn’t been cleaned in years"
"I have live in this apartment complex for 11 months, and is the worst place to live, I would mind my business and go work and back. It started when I pay rent, originally it was suppose to be $1351 they charge me $1463, I never had my rent on time so each month I paid $1563. Around april my electricity went off and I had a hard time paying the bill, and they have additional 200 dollars in rent which end up $1722 dollars which is above my paid rate for apartment they had a termite, ants and roach infestation. no light fixture in the bed room, I have ask management several time to separate the electricity from the rent, they have refused, I know for a fact that the neighbors have reported me for living in apartment because, I'm a black women. even when I went back to get out something from the u-haul storage pod a neighbor watch me every time i went to my car to my storage pod she stared at me. I ask her why and she gave me a dirty look. I knew it was the color of my skin. Another I went to the laundry room a young women was stared at me and it was my race.The management price gouging my rent. My neighbor are paying 800-1000 in rent I'm paying 1500. The management put my late fee and how much I owe in rent in my credit making it hard for me to find a new place to live. I telling African American who live their leave ASAP and if you black don't live here please is not worth it. the manager BETSY is a racist person she recorded all my conversion and called the police on me. I lost everything living here."

"I lived here this past year. I have nothing negative to say. I lived in one of their studio apartments. It was gorgeous! Very quite community. Beautiful pool. Every time I contacted the office they were extremely friendly and prompt. Ms. Betsey is the best! Thank you for providing a safe community for my kids and I this last year. ❤️"
"DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!-MY MOTHER IN LAW WAS WITHOUT A FRIDGE THAT WORKED FOR 3 MONTHS-GARBAGE OVER FLOWING-TRASH POOR MANAGEMENT-NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE MORE MONEY FROM HER EVEN THOUGH WE LEFT APT ON TIME AND CLEAN- NO INTERNET ALL THE TIME"
