"This place is not run well and they are rude! We have had nothing but problems since moving in here. The bathroom doors don’t close properly major stray cats everywhere - They even try to get in the house and make a mess of our front area. It floods when it rains. The ceilings are dirty cement and the dryer in our bedroom wasn’t connected to dryer vent causing a puddle in room every time we did laundry. Gross and an odor in the place you can’t get rid of. Ian disabled and parking is way on the other side of building for handicapped . There is no maintenance on this site or management - they work down the street. There is more but it’s def overpriced and has no pool"

"Absolutely terrible! Air conditioner has been broken for 6 months. 15 service requests have been put in. Management does not care. Will not let me out of my lease nor fix the air. In the day time it’s 90+ degrees. At night it’s between 85-90. Do not waste your time with this company."

"Overall, I enjoy living here. I moved here due to losing my apartment in Hurricane Ian and was hoping for a place I could settle into and I haven't fully felt comfortable to do that yet due to some issues. It's quiet and when you drive into the complex, it does not feel like you are on Semoran. The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. I love the larger windows in the living room and bedroom. I appreciate the washer and dryer and the closet space, updated appliances, etc. One thing I did notice upon moving in is they did not adequately clean the apartment before I moved in. I came in and had to deep clean before moving my things in. Still, there were some basic issues like broken toilet paper holder, moldy grout, rotted bathroom sink and a few other issues which still have not been addressed that I did put in an order for. This was all BEFORE I moved in October but it wasn't taken care of even though they told me the apartment would be ready. So I am disappointed about that. Also, I had some roaches/palmetto bugs show up a couple of days after moving in. I put in an order online but I decided to spray the place myself when I found out that is all they do. The place probably needs to be bombed, though since the baseboards aren't fully sealed. I am still noticing some but not like before. For what I pay monthly, I feel these issues should have been dealt with before I moved in. I haven't felt comfortable moving my things out my bins yet for that reason. Other than that, so far they keep up the property itself in terms of landscaping, etc. I had a great experience with maintenance when I first moved in as the AC went out and he came right away to fix it. Unfortunately, it's cold out today and the unit went out again so no heat!"

"I chose to do a 12mo lease and I will be moving out because I’m going to a new state. This was an awesome community, the staff can be hard to get a hold of at time but they always respond within a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance teams was OK, there was only really ONE maintenance employee that was super nice and helpful (Walter is his name) the other ones that came to my apartment were really rude and never really got the job done right. The neighborhood is super calm and I had a great neighbor so I enjoyed coming home. It’s pretty central and there’s great shopping and food places nearby. I never had to use the public transportation but there’s bus stops at an awesome walking distance. It’s reasonably priced and has good amenities."
