"I lived at Villages at Lake Pointe for two years and it was a great experience. Terri and the maintenance staff are kind and caring. Every time I needed their assistance, they provided excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the neighborhood usually was considering that many families and some college students lived in the community. The rooms are spacious and the walk-in closets are a good size too. I got lucky and had a beautiful lake view from my balcony which made the place feel even more like home. Now that I live in a different apartment complex with thinner walls, I realize that the soundproofing between apartments at Villages at Lake Pointe was done well. The only reason why I moved was because I needed to shorten my commute to work. If it weren't for that, I would still be living there."
"I've been here 11 years and have been through countless office managers, and Terri is by far the best! She has our community well maintained and up to date. She is firm when needed to keep our community safe and clean but very kind, compassionate, and helpful."
"It has been a pleasure living In this complex for the past 3 years. It started off rocky however I Still enjoyed the community. Once new management Krista came in it has been great. She was on top of things and only had to put in a request once. The maintenance men are awesome and prompt. Robert was thee best. We were very sad to leave this place."
