Reserves at Alafaya Apartments

"Just wanted to say a very big thank you to Miguel & Cesar for being so efficient & caring. I submitted a work order today at 4:17pm & by 5:00pm, my issue, (dining room fire alarm beeping - low battery), had already been resolved. I live on a third floor with an angled part in my ceiling right where the alarm is located and would've never been able to take it off, not with my regulsr step ladder anyways. As "non-urgent" as I thought this ticket could've been & definitely how late I submitted it, (maintenance leaves at 5pm), I really thought this would've been brushed off for the next day; but to see how quickly they got here, meant so much and I felt valued & important as a Resident. Thank you Miguel & Cesar for being so pleasant and so efficient."

The office staff and maintenance people have been nothing short of amazing and they work really hard to keep residents happy. The maintenance supervisor Jose Chico has always been there to help me when I’ve needed it and you can tell he truly cares about each and every resident. He’s always quick to assist with any problems I run into and has always insured that I’m okay and happy with my home. Having such great staff has truly been a blessing to me and my family and is the reason I always recommend Reserves at Alafaya apartments to anyone looking for a new home. "My mom has been living here for over 3 months now and since the beginning it has been an amazing experience. Amneris Reveron was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my mom got the best deal. Moving was so easy thanks to Amneris, she made the process smooth and simple. It was a real pleasure dealing with her. You can tell she enjoys what she does. When it comes to the community, it is always clean, service requests are done in a timely manner, neighbors are nice, green areas are well kept. A really good community overall!"
