"The apartment is beautiful. I live here and it has been the best community in Orlando. Honestly, Ms. Glenda is the best Manager the complex has in every sense of the word, a very helpful and hardworking person day in and day out, she cares about the concerns of the tenants and if a repair is needed in the apartment, They always act quickly. ... Ms. Glenda and Ms. Maria are very friendly leasing specialists, they are very polite and kind. The maintenance team, Mr. Gregorio, always ensures that the apartment complex looks clean and well presented at all times. The maintenance team is very professional in their work. I recommend The Sands Orlando, I cannot understand several bad opinions that are written here and something that I cannot miss is that people know that in all apartments there will always be people who have good and bad opinions and that is everywhere. But those people who think badly must really understand that there is something they are not doing right and they do not like to follow the rules that each complex requires. My opinion of the staff at The Sand Orlando, they have my respect and do everything they can to meet the needs of their tenants. I hope to continue living at The Sands Orlando for many more years. "I was considering renting a 2 or 2.5 townhouse in your area, but a recent comment mentioned cockroach problems... Cleanliness is crucial for me, and I hope this issue is being addressed promptly. I love the area and would appreciate assurance on this matter. Please!"

"Don't move here!!! Maintenance is trash. Roaches everywhere, work orders don't get fixed. Save urself and find somewhere else to go. Also the employees are very rude. They literally get bad attitude with you if complain about ongoing issues. The whole administration at the office is fake. Literally no one cares about you here."

"Older apartment homes literally 3 minutes from downtown Orlando. They have covered car ports for $25 extra per month, so you can pay to have your car parked under a roof for the yearly hurricanes. The washer and dryer in my unit was an all-in-one washer and dryer. They have two outdoor pools so you can walk to one that is closer to you, and the gym is attached to the outdoor pool that is not by the office. I lived here a year."

"The experience at this apts it wasn’t too bad is not a bad place but the administration is TERRIBLE, they are NOT professional, on my moving date they did not even inspect the Apt, the Apt was not in living condition there was no water for 2 days and for over 5 days with not hot water on one of the bathrooms, I submitted multiple request to fix things in the Apt and they ignored the request and was marked as completed when they never went to fix anything, the property manager was aware about all the situation going on the Apt that I rented and she was always making promises and apologizing but never provided a resolution, they went inside of the apartment without my permission 3 times. I don’t recommend this place at all."
