"January 2023 (2 Stars) + My washing machine was finally fixed! December 2023 (1 Star) - My washing machine has been down for 4 weeks now, YES 4 WEEKS… and the office won't let me wash my cloths in a vacant unit across from me cause "we don't know if the machine will work". Are they suppose to always be working? - Exit gates are constantly down still, so you can drive in through the exit side. I added photos from different days. Gate has been down not functioning for over 2 weeks properly. - My Apartment got infested with roaches from my neighbor's apartment. They are coming in behind the fridge. I know its my neighbors cause when he moved in, i seen he had roaches in his furniture. - My neighbors constantly have their trash on the floor cause animals attack it. They are too dumb to figure out to place it in the trash bin. - Debating about moving out just terminating my lease early. November 2023 (1 Star) - My car was broken into last night with 2 others even though we have an officer who lives in the community. (The officer never came out). Working gates could have mitigated the issue but they have kept staying opened. Now I have to pay insurance and I know well the office ain't going to do anything other than say sorry. Definitely not renewing my lease. October 2023 (4 Stars) - My Building is dirty again and nobody has came to clean it. - Front Gates Keep going down. September 2023 (5 Stars) + They pressure washed my building and cleaned it! There is no more negative things about the community! Very happy to be here at this time! Keep up the amazing work! + They added another leasing consultant in the office! Response times are better and they can help the community more effectively. August 2023 (4.5 Stars) + They repaved the missing pavement at parking lot at the back of the complex. + Gates have been repaired and are functioning fine over the past couple of weeks. - Building is still dirty from neighbors leaving cigarettes all over the floor even though it's a no smoking policy. + Healthy amount of parking slots are free in the area. July 2023 (3.5 Stars) - The front gates have been down for over 2 weeks based on what I've seen. - My building has been getting dirty and its covered in cigarettes on the stair case. Management should be doing a walk through once a week at least. + Some containers have been moved out near the back of the complex allowing ALOT of parking spaces! June 2023 (4.5 Stars) + Gym was renovated and it looks very well! Pool area is maintained as well. + Trash pickup is now consistent everyday M-F 8AM pickup time! May 2023 (4 Stars) Just recently moved in here in this community. This review will be updated ever month to provide new people shopping an up to date experience. Bugs: Unit had some dead roaches upon move in. Simply swept them up and applied Ortho around the whole perimeter of my unit, the doors, under the sink and all holes in the wall and I haven't seen a bug since I've moved in. Visuals: Community matches what it looks like in the photos. Cars in the area are more worn down sedans and vans but there are higher class cars that are not being damaged or robbed which is a plus. Security: The gates are functioning throughout the night and stay closed until morning, no problems seen so far. Office: The office is not the best at picking up calls, please note that there is only ONE leasing consultant. While its easier to call, the best way to contact the office is to be there in person, I'd hope they have an additional person in the future to come and help. Trash Pickup: Trash pickup is constant and is being picked up on M-F around 8-10 AM, trash wasn't being picked up but I noticed I was the only person on the floor so I called them to let them know I'm there. Amenities: I haven't used the Gym and Pool yet, but I plan to go in the future to check them out, the gym was recently renovated."
"I’ve been here going on 5 years. Within those 5 years the management has changed at least 5 times. Before the current management they did not care for the property nor for the residents. There was trash always in the hallways, dog feces everywhere, gates ALWAYS broken, they were rude, never parking and much more. Overall not luxury apartments. Since the new management has taken over there has DEFINITELY been a change for the better. The new gates really helped make it feel a lot safer even though there is always some idiot who tries to eat it or follow residents in. There’s an officer that comes at night and tickets the people who park where they shouldn’t which has REALLY helped resolve so much of the parking issue and also with him here patrolling made it safer too. To top off the main reason it’s gotten so much better is honestly the staff. They are PHENOMENAL Racheal and Cristina have been so helpful and sweet and honestly the main reason why I choose to stay longer because I feel they really do care not only about us as residents but as humans who want to do better for the community as well. They listen and make sure to do everything in their power to help. I was at my ends with this complex and went to talk to them and they made it feel like it can be a home again and really worked everything out to ensure everything was gonna be okay. I just feel grateful that now with them there things can actually get done and I feel so much better about living here. The only downside still is the color of the complex it looks unfinished and unappealing. Doesn’t give a luxurious feeling at all. I genuinely wish the new owners stayed with the gray and white it was perfect! Now it looks like the painters gave up and left without finishing the job. However, the interior apartments itself are so nice we fell in love and continue to do so. If I could change anything about it I would only say to add a rail on the first floor balcony and change to colors back or remove the yellow. I don’t mean to rant but as I mentioned at first I liked living here then hated it but now thanks to Racheal and Cristina I can call it a home again."
"I wanted to take the time to thank Cristina and the maintenance team. Every time that I have a problem with my apartment she helps me out without any attitude and is always understanding and professional. The maintenance crew takes care of my request even that they are busy and I real appreciate all the hard work. I know that they are short of staff but always they resolve everything. The community is very peaceful and friendly neighbors.I'm glad I chose to rent here."
"I wish I could put 4 1/6 :-). Beautiful, clean, quiet place (which is very important, because I work from home). Where do I begin? The staff is simply amazing. From the friendly and efficient and diligent maintenance that do a Wonderful job keeping the place and apartments in good condition. The assistant property manager Naomi: She is professional, diligent, cheerful, friendly, servile, and beautiful inside and out. Cristina: Now, this is a manager that truly cares about the tenants, the property, and the staff. She takes her job very seriously, but don't let that scare you. She is kind and on top of everything. Very efficient too. The apartments are spacious with new appliances. I even have a separate space for my little office to WFH. The place has plenty of parking. Valet trash 5 days a week, beautiful pool and BBQ area, the gym has everything you need, even a yoga room, and OMG the last acquisition; the beautiful cabana room. Everything is new, and they keep it that way. The location area is the best... we have the best outlets, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Only 10 minutes away. I love this area. I love this property, and I love my apartment. I have been here for 5 months and my affection for this place and the staff has only grown. This is, in all honesty. If something comes up; bad or good, I will update you on it. But right now, the way Orlando is growing to be, you would rarely find a better place, with a great, safe location, beautiful amenities, big spacious apartments, and the best staff, for a reasonable price in comparison with what is out there; You won't find a better place. So, welcome home."
"Prop manager changed 3 times in year. Rent too high when services (valet trash, pool) not consistently available. Won’t return calls for a week. Washer leaked running all over apartment into hall of building but not important enough to address for 3 days. Maintenance is wonderful but short staffed and terrible management at property. Request for overgrown palm to be trimmed took over a month. Repeatedly issues with roaches asking for building to be sprayed since it was not resolving. People don’t pick up pet waste (not enforced), trash left out and get spread all over due to raccoons or ? (due to valet not picking up?) Deposit not returned after 4 months. Used wrong name when they finally call. Initially sent refund to Jacksonville -even though they have forwarding address, moved here from TX and never lived anywhere else in FL. Then wait for duplicate check - confirmed where to send and my name - still no refund. Will not answer or return messages x 1 week. Stay far away -"
