"Just read the reviews. The construction of each room has so many holes and cracks, rats and roaches come in so easily. Not to even mention the hot air in the summer- (400 dollar electric bill). No matter what management is in that office, corporate will not let the staff handle anything, so they keep the office locked all day every day and don’t answer phone calls(or voicemails). Work orders get dismissed or delayed for days or weeks. Cars crash into the fence on one side of the complex and there’s constant police presence on the other. You get no peace, walls are paper thin and somehow they’re finding a way to increase rent. The laundry facilities are always locked up, broken, flooded, dirty. This complex should be your last resort."

"Horrible experience our apartment flooded because of poor maintainance in the upstairs apartment. I got home Thursday to this and haven't been able to contact anyone since then. My boyfriend has been trying to call them nonstop with no answer ???? We had to book a hotel out of pocket because we had no where else to go. The ceiling was caved in, the walls were bubbling from the water damage. There must have been at least 2 inches of water in the apartment. All of our furniture is damaged, a $1,000 laptop was ruined. No answer? This place is trash DO NOT RENT FROM HERE EDIT: it has officially been 1 week & nobody has contacted my boyfriend about the apartment . this is ridiculous !!! what about the other families in the complex inhaling all the mold buildup from the water ???"

"Worse experience ever… management is completely terrible and careless. You make an appointment with the manger and turns out that he gives you a date when he is not there so he doesn’t have to speak with you. Still charging me online for rent after moving out. Never gave me back my deposit. People tried to show up to move in on my apartment when I was still living there. Front desk agent is also unprofessional. She was calling bad names to somebody on the phone while there was a line of people waiting to be attended. The manager really needs to be replaced with somebody that is professional and actually tries to do their job instead of taking advantage of the people living there… I need my deposit back. They never wanted to fix my fridge nor the a/c either…."

"I've been at this residence for 1 year so far and real talk. This place has very poor management. Its a beautiful complex very vast. And its not maintain well as it should. I put in so many work orders for service repair on the app. And they still haven't repair or fix it. And always claim to repair service when it wasn't even done. I always pay my rent on time. They don't care about their tenants living care in the apartment. Lots of work needs to be done. I pay also for pest control and i have not seen pest control being done for the past year. Lady at front desk told me oh its done every wednesday. I said oh really. They need to take care of the property more. And take action for better service if you want tenants to reside. Also the laundry service area by the gym hasn't been working at all. I gotta travel elsewhere to do clothes. Pool is never open. So some tenants break in and go to the pool. Also so many empty apartments that you have squatters staying there and they don't know which is a safety issue for paying residing tenants."
