"Love this place so much. My kids attend the local college and I wanted them to be somewhere safe,this place is the best decision we ever made . I don't think they will ever leave. The staff is amazing !! The complex is so well keep, and if you make a work order for anything it is done within hours. We just renewed our lease and don't plan on going anywhere any time soon. The baldwin park area is a dream."

"Best apartment I have lived in. Been here for about 8 months. Walking distance to shops, lakes, and parks while feeling safe. The grounds are well maintained with the occasional dog poop. Very frequent food trucks and free food events/free raffles. Decent sound proofing. Staff are friendly and make me smile (Meghan and Bradley come to mind). Very happy here."

"Baldwin Park area is like a whole other world. It is green and manicured and the homes are beautiful. We love living in this area and highly recommend the Village at Baldwin Park. We have a wonderful view, and a lovely safe area for walking. The staff, including maintenance, are very friendly and immediately address anything that we request. All of the residents that we have met have been friendly as well."
