"I’ve lived here for the past 5 months and I love it! It’s pretty quiet besides I-4 being right there. AND There’s always fun events and food trucks.The office is a big help and maintenance has responded quickly. The office manager Kelly is very welcoming."

They go above and beyond to make sure my husband and I get every single one of our needs met. As well, it’s a really great community. "I stayed at the Ivy for two years. While I had close to no issues living there, it was when I moved out I had issues. I realized that what I was paying for was not competitive in the market. I just moved to a new apartment, paying way less with WAY more amenities, nicer amenities/newer technologies, such as a nice dog park, large gym, key fob entrances that access your door and the amenities, and you can even get into the apartment or let others in to the apartment through an app. On top of all this, DO NOT FORGET TO DO A WALK THROUGH WITH THE APARTMENT STAFF AFTER your lease is up! If you do not do that, you are forfeiting your right to dispute random charges made on you! They charged me for brand new carpet because they wanted it to "match" the other rooms in the unit, charged 250 for the bathtub to be "resurfaced" (there was no evidence that it was in bad shape). After my concerns, they practically ghosted me, and wouldn't even send me a copy of my lease! I would be careful about living here, I definitely think there is better in the area. Two stars because maintenance was awesome, and it is in a great location."
