"These apartments need some SERIOUS updates. From appliances to cabinets to flooring. The infrastructure of the the buildings are clearly deteriorating, my apartment alone has a ton of cracks inside on the corners of walls and ceilings. (Doesn't help my upstairs neighbors kids are constantly jumping and running, I will say). They also have a serious roach problem and mold issues. I understand this is low income housing and no one is asking for extravagant luxury treatment but property management especially those truly higher up should invest a little in these almost 30 year old apartments. There's over 200 units paying over 1000 a month which should go back into the living quality. We know rent is only going to keep going up so why not keep it at least livable here. Also wouldn't hurt to put security cameras and enforce rules to keep our grounds clean, safe and quiet after hours."
