"I’ve been a resident here at Wingwood about eight years , I’ve seen management change hands many times since being here so good others Not so good. But I want to commend present management on being professional and attentive to the needs of the community and care of the property, I also want to point out that our maintenance/ caretaker Freddy and office manager see to it that service , repairs and daily upkeep is their top priority. Most job requests are taken care of promptly and staff is easy to talk to and available. Personally I feel that there should be more security cameras but all and all I am very pleased and feel that The Management is doing an excellent job. Thank you . Mr.Ralph Dalton"
"Now that I finally figured out how to do a google review I’m going to rip this place. Apartment wasn’t treated before I moved in and had probably the worst roach infestation I’ve ever experienced. Had to throw away half my stuff because they burrowed in it. That’s bad when an apartment complex offers you the option to break your lease. Definitely broke it and will never recommend or step foot on this property again."
"This have been by far the best apartment community I've lived in. The property manager is so kind and always available when needed. Freddy is the only maintenance guy on property but is so reliable and helpful for the community. Its very quite and cozy. I am truly happy to be here. Thank you Wingwood."
"Words can't even express how I feel about this place coz it's more than just loving the living in this area - and you can tell by looking at the people who lives around this neighborhood that this place is called home. My commendations to the manager Ms. Maggie - you are beautifully blessed it makes you so awesome!"
"Absolutely terrible management. Do NOT waste your time or money. Don't fall for the RESERVATION FEE they offer to "hold an apartment for you" it's not worth it $850 for a box with NO CENTRAL AC, NO AMENITIES, a 500 sq ft BOX. They don't answer calls or emails and have only 1 employee in the office THAT'S IT. you can do better! I did for 832 a month and 720 sq ft and 3 beautiful pools and a gym. Keep searching you can do better."
