"Maintenance requests are never completed only delayed making you have to ask on multiple occasions to get anything done i have been over 18 days without a properly working toilet in my home. I have never had such a bad experience with any place. They had me over 2 weeks without AC during August. I cannot get anyone to get back to me or see people in the office when i try to go during office hours. I have been more than patient with them in the past but time and time again I am shown that was a mistake. They will not get your maintenance requests completed."

"I loved this place. And lady who show us apartment was very kind and nice with us. She gave us all information about this beautiful place. Me and my husband thinking to move there as soon as possible. And important thing that apartment and outside of building very clean."

"This was my first apartment back in 2021 and I still talk about my traumatizing experience here! Imagine living with German roaches for a whole year!!!! I spent so much money bombing my apartment and setting up glue traps every month. I kept my apartment very clean and even stopped cooking because I didn’t want to attract any bugs. I bought a bunch of storage containers for all my clothes, shoes, pots/pans, and pantry items. I would sleep with the lights on in my room, which caused my light bill to increase significantly. Every night I’d get out of bed and walk into the kitchen and living room and find roaches roaming around like they pay rent or something…Nobody in the office cared or believed me when I complained..they thought I was exaggerating until I had actual proof. They constantly had different people working each time I went to the office, so imagine my frustration having to reexplain my issue. Nothing was resolved. I even tried to contact corporate, which was an absolute fail. The fact that all these reviews are referencing a roach problem and this place is still in business is ridiculous! Do not move here!"

"One star is beyond generous. Do NOT trust any five stars. Do NOT move here. This place needs to be condemned! Roach infested. I’m not exaggerating, no matter how much time and money you spend on getting rid of them, they never go away. Mold. So bad that a couple months of living here, anytime I scratched my skin, I would break into huge hives. Within weeks of moving, I no longer have this problem. Horrible management. We lived on a first floor apartment. We had to run boiling water with Dawn dish soap down the drain several times a day to prevent the sink from overflowing. When we were moving out, we went back after 2 days and the entire sink collapsed and the apartment flooded. Called the emergency maintenance number 4 times and the office 3 times and I still haven’t received a call back (still had a week on the lease). That was in August. I don’t even know if the problem was fixed because no one called me back. Neighbors. Most neighbors keep to themselves, however many pets owners allow their dogs to roam without leashes. My dogs were chased down about 5 times and attacked once. The management did nothing. Most pet owners also don’t pick up after their pets. Lived there a year and didn’t see any other pet owners clean up after dogs so the place was covered in feces everywhere you stepped. Lastly, the place is trashed. Litter everywhere. Just drive through before moving in, if they dumpsters are empty come back on Sunday afternoon to see just how trashed this place is most days. There are places that you can move instead of here. Please, if you love yourself, your family, and your pets, don’t move here. This place will cause you serious problems."

"Old pictures. Fault advertising. Driving down alone, its down OBT building/businesses arent kept up its the hood period. Then seeing the apartments, I had a tour scheduled and turnt back around. Supposed to be a gated community Caution tape on broken system. The lake has trash in it, its filthy and looks like its drying out. The apartment building are old and has green algae/mildew. Outside isn't kept up with proper maintenance at all. Dead grass. For $1500-2000+ a month you can find something WAYYY better/ cleaner in another area of Orlando. Not a place I would wanna live or raise my child. Should of listen to the other reviews of tenants that is currently living there that are getting there apartment and car broken in too on top of that rats and roach infestation."
