"Loved here awhile ago. Pros 1. Nearby schools and community center 2. Sense of community, everyone cared about each other I’ve never had anything stolen or felt unsafe with neighbors. 3. Good size units for the price Cons Loud every weekend Bad surrounding area with a lot of drugs No washer and dryer Outdated on the inside but well maintained"
"I have been living here for about 5 years and Rent has gone up every year from $10 to $25. There is a lot of prostitution and drugs inside and around the facility. Maintenance sucks. The apartment facility is atleast more than 50 yrs old. The landlord is hard to find and no one answers the phone to their 24hr emergency line."
