"I've been been almost 9month. The price and place was good with 2room and small extra storage. However if you leave before your contract you have give them 2 month notice and they charge $470 for clean fee that's really upset. I paid 2month rent and cleaning fee. It will be same as others. It near by 528 will be nice comute for work."

"The parking is absolutely the worst. There is not enough parking for residents. I witnessed a situation today that would get you mad. So apparently a ladies car was about to get towed. I heard her ask the tow truck driver why is he towing her car, and he said that the office called and said that the car was abandon, now the car is registered and has the placard for the apartment community. Also, apparently the tire was low on air. She said how is it an abandon car when it is placard? She also stated if she wanted to leave her car parked in a space for a month, she can cause her name is registered to the community. She was so mad. Justifiably so. What is so crazy is, the community charges their tenants for carports, which is always full, and the tenants are parking in the visitors parking space and even in front of the office. Their ( the office staff ) attitude is to pay for a carport or a garage then, which is so condisending and rude. The ancillary charges for parking spaces just shows the greed of this company. They don't have the parking to accomodate their residence and they know it. It is at the cost to the tentants on top of the ridiculous cost of rents. I know she knows people, cause I overheard her talking. Good for her. Hopefully, she will be successful. We won't be renewing our lease neither. It is ridiculous with parking, and we have a garage."

"I have been living here for about a month and it has been nothing short of amazing! Maribel has gone above and beyond in so many different ways including answering my MANY questions and always being there anytime I needed help with a leasing question. The maintenance guys are so friendly, always quick, and have even stopped me to ask if the problem persisted when they have seen me outside. The community feels like home. The hot tub, pool, and apartment are BEAUTIFUL and I could not be happier. They are very open with the fact parking is limited but offer carports (waiting list) and garages (1 car). I have only had an issue one night with parking and my guests have always been able to find a spot luckily! We are so happy to be able to call the Reserve at Beachline home!"
