"I have been waiting to move out and write this review to warn anyone thinking of moving in. I would say if you don't use the amenities (pool is consistently used for baby showers by non-residents and trashed), you don't care about having a gate/security or getting your trash picked up, and disgusting bee/bug infested hallways aren't a deal-breaker, then move on in. If you do live on top of someone though, you will be plagued with noise complaints spanning months from your downstairs neighbors for moving kitchen stools (true story). However, for the price you can find much better, and a place that doesn't charge $30 a month for community electricity...lol. The exterior hallways are embarrassing. It's like walking through a grimy fur/bee/bug/stained dumpster area behind a store. I had to mop and sweep the entire stairwell occasionally myself since no one else did before I gave up, Valet Living is a joke here. They only pick up trash Sunday-Thursday, and I would say our floor's trash got picked up about 3 days a week for 1.5 years. They would often skip our floor even after long holiday weekends. Neighbors would leave the trash out for days and it would SMELL. The apartment's response was to blame Valet Living, and Valet Living's response was to blame ZRS for not having the dumpsters working? No accountability. The front gate has been broken since lightning hit it over the summer. They leave one gate open at all times to make up for this, which defeats the purpose of having gates at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they never fix it. My neighbors that lived underneath me harassed me with constant complaints that we were "moving furniture" in the middle of the day. They also accused me of working out midday and dropping weights. The leasing office kept telling me that there was no issue and if i were working out, I was allowed to be. It got to the point where I was afraid to make any noise in my home. These neighbors should have been spoken to about living in a shared community, and if they didn't like it, they could move. If there was no issue on my end, why did management show up in my apartment after the same fourth complaint? This was while I was working from home on my computer at 12pm after I had already addressed with management multiple times I am working and I am not doing anything out of the ordinary! Clarissa stated, "They complained again, I was in the apartment and I heard a lot of noise too". My mouth dropped wide open as THEIR employee was about 5 feet behind me with a ladder, a drill, and multiple AC parts on the floor, as he was fixing our broken AC! She again asked me if I am working out. It was flabbergasting. Even if I was, you already told me I'm allowed to workout in my home in the middle of the day, so what is the purpose of disturbing me again? My AC has been broken for three days and this is what I get, more accusations. It was handled so poorly. At the end of the day, the only noise we could think of was us moving the kitchen stools when sitting on them at the island. Yikes. The neighbors underneath me are in for a RUDE awakening when the new tenants arrive. I was a dream neighbor. We went to bed by 11 pm every night, no pets, never had any guests over, worked during the day and occasionally from home at the desk all day. I also used to live in the unit they currently live in and had to switch apartments after the tenants above me were evicted due to noise! I used to be able to "see" where the neighbors were walking like a cartoon with their footprints across the ceiling-that's how terribly built these apartments are. I could hear the dog above me wake up, run around, bark. I could tell when someone came through each and every door. It was hell. I now live in a luxury complex that has none of these issues. The price is very similar and I am not being charged ridiculous extra fees left and right. My opinion: move elsewhere."

"This community truly is beautiful and has been such a great experience for our first time renting! The staff is always kind and has treated us well. I want to shout out "Tony" (Anthony) because he has provided such exceptional service. He is so kind and dedicated to helping us residents and prospective community members. I highly recommend living here! :)"

"Negative 5 stars. Faux Luxury at its finest. This place will nickel and dime you forcing you to pay a ridiculous utility fee for the shared spaces on top of other fees. The trash situation is a health hazard. Piles and piles on top of piles of garbage strewn all over the parking lot and grass. They have to hire a company to clean it up and take the trash away in a moving truck, it smells nasty and is just plain disgusting. Termite droppings accumulate all over the hallways, (don't rent in main building, second floor) I complained numerous times about the quality of the air conditioning unit as our air handler smelled like rotten swamp water, their reply was to keep the thermostat lower. Mgmt is never around and when they are, its all attitude They are incredibly greedy. So happy to have left the dump behind. Do not rent here!"

"I lived here with my boyfriend for almost a year (2019 Spring - Spring 2020) and we absolutely loved our spacious, calm, quiet, almost luxurious apartment. There's ample parking, a two story gym and two resort-style pools. The location is perfect for foodies with Mills/50, Winter Park, and downtown minutes away. If I hadn't moved across the country for work, we would've renewed in a heartbeat. The staff is kind, most notably, Michelle. She walked us through the process from day one, was always available for questions, and was kind to take care of us even as we prepared to leave. She's a valuable asset to the Linden team."
