"If you are thinking about moving here, keep looking. There is no good comment towards this community about security, they do not offer you security and they only say that it is not their responsibility, that anyone can come here and do whatever they want. Somebody stole a bicycle from my balcony and what do they care? NOTHING! This is not the first comment you will see about robberies in this place, you can keep looking and you will find them. Better keep looking for another place to live in peace before coming to Camden to pay so much to expose yourself to robberies. I wish there was the option to give them -10 stars. I'm crossing my fingers that my contract ends now and I can leave this horrible place."

"I have lived here a month. The process from inquiring about an apartment to moving in was actually pleasant . Sandy was great and communicated with us every step of the way. The apartment community is quiet for the most part. My only issue is with the parking. Finding a spot near our building after 6:00pm becomes a little challenging. It's even more difficult, almost impossible after 9:00pm when my fiancé gets home from work. Aside from the parking, we are quite happy with our new apartment home and our experiences with the staff."

"Apartments are Roomy. Good Sq FT/$$. Amenities are nice. games room closes around 5:30 - 6pm. Garages available but need to waitlist. due to the garages taking up valuable parking spaces they charge additional for reserve parking, if parking late (after 6 or 7) all spaces in front of most buildings are taken and you have to park long ways from your apartment. trash guys come 5 days a week, max 2 bags of trash which you leave at door and they collect, also an additional fee you are charged for this service. the days they do not come you must take your own bags to the trash compacter, any recycling must be taken to the recycling center the trash guys do not collect. relatively quiet, no road noise or barking dogs. car cleaning amenities are nice. phone reception is poor no more than 1 bar of 5g. maintenance is very efficient, will fix same day most of the time. ventilation fans for stove are poor, we smoke our apartment out every time we cook steak. management are very on top of everything and are strict on the guidlines which keeps everything in order which is nice. like it here but be warned about parking if you finish late."

"I rented at Camden Lavina for a period of 36 mos from July 2020 thru August 2023. Monica Basantes became my leasing consultant when I decided to rent at Camden Lavina. Her experience, professionalism and personality were top notch when it came to selecting a unit that fit my needs and likes. My experience there was one of great comfort, security and professionalism from the front office staff and maintenance personnel. Office staff and maintenance were always courteous and prompt when dealing with account and/or household issues. This was the first time I had rented at an apartment property in 30 years and was very pleased in my decision to choose Camden Lavina as I had more than a dozen other properties to select from. I would highly recommend Camden Lavina as a first choice in apartment living if ever approached personally or surveyed in the future.
