"I have been living here for three years and every day I have fight for my life with this weed smell. You’re paying all this money to be living with drug deals smoking. They have dog urine in the elevator and it’s always bad smell. I spoken to the office mangers nothing was done. Imagine paying 1800 in rent and you have suffer with weed smell, dirty walk way . Do better yall taking my money"
"I’ve lived here for coming up on 2 years and so far it’s been very enjoyable! The maintenance is great and helps out very quickly. The front desk is very friendly whenever you come in and they remember residents. Food trucks come often which is very nice. They have overnight security to help enforce the sound restrictions. Parking ebbs and flows but right now is manageable. The property is really pretty and the apartments themselves are spacious."
"We have been renting here for a few months and we couldn't have made a better decisions! The apartment complex is amazing and the staff is always helpful and greets you with a smile! Jasmine helped us get everything settled from looking at the apartment to making sure the move in was seemless and smooth! We love Oasis and we will be here for a while!"
"Beautiful, park-like grounds, resort style living and the staff is very kind and helpful. We've had a great experience living here. Daily trash pickup at our door, and maintenance is always very prompt. Highly recommend the Oasis if you're looking for the ideal apartment setting in Lake Nona."

The gym and pool are very nice, everything is very clean, and the grounds are well-kept. Maintenance is very reliable and helpful as well. If you have the money to rent here, its a great option."
