"ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES EVERYWHERE ! Pest control cant even stop the roaches. Mold is in these apartments at an all time high. Water is shut off periodically at the oddest times of the day. The hot water is barely working. Most of the time the drains are clogged. While taking a shower the dirty water will rise to your ankles. The walls are paper thin; you will clearly hear your neighbors conversations. Some tenants leave their garbage in front of the door. A lot of personal items were ruined due to mold being inside of the unit. The apartments are old on the inside. These managers don't take much pride. They will take you're money monthly while you live in horrible conditions."

"Lived here for a year. Worst place ever to live. Roach problem is out of hand. They would come through occasionally to treat the apartment. They must have been spraying sugar water because we would see more and more every time. Constant temporary fixes to AC. Half the time in the summer we would have no cool air. Management never keeps their word either. Told in March we could move into a 2 bedroom unit if we wanted. Renewal time comes around and we were then told they haven't been doing transfers all year. Not to mention they were rude about it the whole time. We were stuck without a place to live with a newborn. Rent is decent but you get what you pay for. My recommendation, don't rent here if you can help it."

"I have never lived in an apartment complex where every other week the air conditioner is blow out and not working properly. It’s 95 almost 100 degrees outside and can’t come home to a cold apartment. Maintenance takes forever to take care of a work order. It’s ridiculous how much happens here."

"I had submitted the work orders for issues that should’ve been fixed before we moved in and no one ever came to fix them. Within 2 weeks, we complained about the roaches and nothing was done about it no matter how many “treatments” they did. There was at least 1-2 water outages every month and that would also affect the AC. I was asked if I would like for maintenance to enter my residence when no one was home and I had said no, yet there were instances in which we would be sleeping at 1pm (we work the graveyard shift) and someone would open our door from maintenance. We moved out April 9 and I was waiting for our deposit back. I gave them my forwarding address and even now as I write this, May 31st, I still have yet to see the deposit. I’ve called multiple times and no one can tell me where the money is. I feel bad for the staff that does work hard to give a good experience being overshadowed by the ones who can’t do their jobs."

"I moved here from Longwood in April for work purposes. When I moved in, there were about 5 service request I submitted regarding work that should have been done before I moved in. They were all completed in the system but not once did anyone come to do the work. They finally sent a third party to deep clean a stove that had someone else's food and filth in it. I just submitted a ticket for a leaking A/C last week. The maintenance guy informed me he was given the order but will be coming on Sunday to complete it. No one came. I had to call the management office to complain and was informed that they don't work on Sundays. I was told that another set of tickets would be submitted. Which means I will have to wait again for work to be done that should have been done before I moved in. I have lost my patience with this incompetent staff and will be looking to move out soon if this continues. They don't do the work and then they lie about it. I'm beginning to think that the folks leaving good reviews must be close friends."
