"Our new favorite vacay spot! This was our first time staying in Cape Coral and we are HOOKED! Bruno and Mary's house was absolutely perfect and we had such an amazing time. The house was sparkling clean and close to all the beaches. The pool was perfectly warm the entire time we were there. Bruno and Mary were so helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Cape Coral and we can't wait to come back soon!"

"The Villa Spain was a beautiful home. The private pool and hot tub was a plus along with a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The house was too big for us considering 2 of our travelers backed out at the last minute due to travel restrictions placed by their jobs. The only down side was that we were in town to visit family so spent a lot of time away from the unit, wish we had more time to enjoy the unit as it was a lovely home. Bruno was very responsive to all requests and communications. Will definitely rent again through him for future vacations. This place is definitely top notch!"

"Bruno provides excellent service and great communication. Should we return to the area in the future, I would definitely reach out to Bruno for accommodations. We had an excellent stay at the Villa Family Retreat with no issues whatsoever. The house was very well provisioned and very comfortable for our 6 week stay. The pool provided endless fun for our kids and the neighborhood was perfect for bike riding, jogging, etc and very easy access to the paved trail network on Cape Coral. All shopping etc was also within a close distance. Would highly recommend this accommodation and Pretty Cape Homes for those looking to visit the area."
