"Big scam and unfriendly staff, ackward, backdated web service. Charged me extra $475 for I don’t know what — after the stay. No correspondece whatsoever about what that may have been about. I had many times rented homes and never came across such an attitude. We left the place whistle clean and this is the response that I get from them when I wanted to rent again. You were denied the possibility of any future bookings through Secret Places following the unsanitary and disgusting state in which you left the “Key largo” property upon departure in January 2024 You were advised of this matter at that time - no further correspondence will be entered into. ————- First of all it is I who will decide when there is no further correspondence and I want my $475 back"
"Vacation in cognito. No nosey neighbors spreading gossip and knocking on your door for autographs. The N.Y. peace of mind. Somewhere to be yourself and be left alone."
"Stayed here in September 2013. The property was lovely and very peaceful. The staff at Secret Places were very helpful with local information and recommended some off the beaten track restaurants. They also helped finding me a boat rental. Excellent service. I've rebooked for next year already!"
"Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable about the area which was great because this was our first time in Cape Coral. Lovely rental home with water view. We didn't rent a boat but it was still nice to sit on the dock and watch the boats go by!"
