"Wonderful place to rent in the winter!!’"
"We stayed a week and even though the place was nice I wasn't happy and couldn't wait to leave. I'm a smoker. In the handbook with the rules it mentions smoking in 3 different places. It said smoking was permitted out on the porches or balconies. The first night there I went out on the balcony, watched the waves and smoked a cigarette. I put it out in a glass of water. I was careful to make sure no butts left anywhere and that it was completely out. The next day there was a note on the door stating no smoking anywhere on the property. That was a total contradiction of what their book said. I had to walk out to the street. For over 3,000 a person should be comfortable. I'll never stay here again and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone."

"Quaint little condo right on the beach with pool, extra storage room, covered parking, washer/dryer, oven, fridge, etc. Only a short distance south of the tip of the island. The beach was uncrowded, feeling somewhat private. Really enjoyed a relaxing stay."
