"I always pay my rent online. Last month they decided to change their system and communicated us via e-mail (even though a lot of us do not check our emails daily) and ended up charging me a “late fee” of $100 . With the new system, I registered my credit card and they just charged me $40 of a “credit card fee”. (When you make the payment online, it does NOT show that you would have to pay this fee). So I contacted them today (January 2nd) trying to cancel the transaction and change it to my debit card and her response was “we can not cancel a payment. You would need to make adjustment for next month”. - even though we can pay the rent until tomorrow. This place is a joke and I would never recommend anyone to live here."
"Studio Parc is a very nice place to live. Management is super great and the maintenance workers are just wonderful. Cecelia, Cristina and Briana are the most nicest, sweetest and caring management team there is."
