Walden Palms Condos

"I have lived here since July 2023 and have not enjoyed fun and relaxation of a cool and refreshing dip in any of two swimming pools, or relax in the soothing hot tub after a long day. Both pools and hot tubs have been closed due to maintenance. When I asked how long these amenities have been closed for maintenance, I was told two years! Can’t play volleyball or tennis at the sport court because both are missing nets. The HOA nor property managers cannot give a definite answer as to when these problems will be fixed. Each of these amenities on Walden Park website are falsely advertised, looking pristine, new and operational.The pictures I took of the unfixed pools, hot tub, volleyball and tennis court taken February 10th 2024. FASLE ADVERTISING!"

"Lived here for more than a year,… at the beginning we were overwhelmed (attacked) by the animals (ants and roaches). Luckily the HOA personnel (handled all matters immediately). Especially thankful to Princess and Veronica for their immediate attention on helping us to resolve the issues we encountered. Honestly speaking,.. before we signed the renewal,.. we thought of moving… but it is like this everywhere else. I googled and most apartments are having similar problems. Due to the structure. We cannot control who our neighbors are, and one dirty neighbor could bring like 7 generations of roaches into the entire building. We decided to stay because not only the management team is proactive on handling problems occur, this area is sooooooo convenient. Besides, the new Management team that they have is working on a plan to update all units. It’s great news!! We appreciate for everyone here’s efforts to ensure we can have a better stay."
