"The staff is very kind and helpful. Asia was all the time very responsive and made me feel all the time very good. Naomi also is very kind and addressed some issues that I had when moved in. I would rate 5 stars but when I moved in there was a very strong smell in the apartment and a lot of small things to be fixed and finished but they addressed all very fast and I'm very happy with that. Safe and clean neighborhood and not roaches. I love to live here."
"Highly would not recommend. Staff is okay, polite but not always the most helpful and maintenance is also not stellar. Have put in requests for multiple things over my only 7 months of living here, just to never get them fixed properly and have to reschedule, or they just don’t show up to begin with. Management never finished getting unit move-in ready, and still haven’t. Rotting water damaged walls, ceilings, and now floors that I have complained about that they have not done anything to fix, holes in every nook and cranny. Don’t live here if you expect any kind of quality in your home."
"Lived here almost 5 years. Never missed a payment. However, they increased me $100 last year on my renewal. They are trying to increase me $90 this year, on my next."

"The leasing staff were so helpful in getting this apartment! The neighborhood is clean and feels safe, and the apartment itself is in great condition. Asia and Naomi have both been so great in getting everything taken care of and helping me make a smooth transition to this apartment complex!"
