"I don’t know where to start. The staff is rude. The Maintenance doesn’t fix nothing there're roaches, rent raising even though they do nothing. The pool hasn’t been open since 2020. I honestly don’t recommend living here. Please find somewhere better."

"Maintenance is a joke. Office managers are disrespectful. My apartment was flooded before I moved in. Has old and outdated appliances. The AC and heat didn't work properly since day one. The more I complain the less get done. I would not recommend to anyone"

"I really don’t know we’re to start from I have been here sent 2013 and I think every year it gets worse!!! Not to say I don’t want to be here however I didn’t want to move into another apartment, because I want to purchase a home. So I was doing what it takes to take care of my children. 1. They don’t fix anything into an inspector Come an ask for it to be fix’s even when you call several times They will say they never received a call from you. 2. You can’t even stand outside 3. The property manager Is despicable She talks to you like you are a child or a dog if she thinks you will put her in her place for letting her know how to speak with you. She will began letters not to mentioned to tell you if you’re not happy turn in a 30 day notice so you can leave . My thing is she is just a worker for someone’s company. How dare you talk to a resident in That manner. as of 8/6/19 she came into my apartment to See what’s needed to be fixed As she was there she was taking pictures and Recording My home. Not to mention she knew what needed to be fixed,I did not see her Recording my home my son did but what she did not know is i have cameras, and I went back too look to see what my child was talking about, and there she was recording my home. Not to mention she looked my name to find that I had a business send me a seven day notice letter saying that I cannot have my truck outside the truck that’s registered in my name not my company name . Someone explain to me why is this lady looking up my company name? And why is she recording in my apartment? If I were you all I would not do business at this place or live here the roaches are outstanding as well. There is no need to call the corporation as well They want do anything about her numerous of people have made complaints of her."

"Apartments are roomy 1100 square feet but have had quite a bit of bad experiences with Management and maintenance being delayed for days. Appliances are really old kitchen and bathroom cabinets dry rotten. Bathroom tubs almost rusted worn out. Save your money and buy a home but not here. This place is old and they have no recylcling people are low class 1 dumpster garbage all over."

"The only problem I've had is getting maintenance here in a timely manor. We went without water for 6 days " cause it slipped through the cracks." The assistant also told me how I could not sit in the front and watch my daughter ride her bike and stated how it was in the contract that we were only allowed to sit in common areas, which were in the back by the playground or on the cement square by the dumpster, which is fine, I Just feel like they are worrying about the wrong things. Kids are jumping the fences getting into the pool even when its closed, tons of kids running around without supervision, but yet i cant sit in the front and watch my daughter ride her bike. They also quick to put papers on your door on how you violated the lease, but cant keep up with their side of the contract like having maintenance out within a timely manor."
