"DONT MOVE HERE!!! Moved in a little over two weeks ago & I have had nothing but problem after problem. They moved me in with no working washer, said it would be fixed again & again & again. Finally someone fixed the problem but broke something else on the washer & marked the maintenance request completed. I am still waiting over 2 weeks later for a working washer...wouldn’t be shocked if they made me wait another week. Broken mailbox still waiting to be fixed. Takes forever to get anything addressed or even a response to emails with concerns. I have to go into the office for anyone to acknowledge the issues. Trash piles up at the front with raccoons & other rodents. Just had a friend move in a couple days ago & says her unit is infested with roaches to the point she had to sleep in her car. Just today i started seeing roaches & ants in my own unit which is my last straw after being so patient. Staff is very nice but that doesn’t fix all the problems. Would never recommend this complex to anyone I care about. Truly just so uncomfortable here, save yourself the stress & do not live here."

"I just moved in last week and have enjoyed it so far. This community has a beautiful well maintained landscaping and I feel safe here. The location of this complex is the best part, close to everything including Shingles Creek Trail which is ideal just for simply walking. The office staff is the greatest, so warm and welcoming! I can't thank enough Xiomara for being super helpful, accommodating and willing to help in any way possible! She is definitely the best and I truly appreciate all the effort and time she spend to make my move smooth and easy!"

"Great place to live, the leasing office staff always ready to help with your needs. Pierrelynn was great the whole time I was there. The community manager is great when we first started was Jason who was phenomenal. Now is Angel who happens to be incredible. Had the opportunity of having him as the community manager in the past and he is caring and mainly hands on to take care of your needs. Couldn’t be in better hands."
