"Mrs.Lynn and Jaci really are awesome! I was moving from a toxic neighborhood in Winter Park and needed a place ASAP for my family. It took them a month to get us in due to some persona issues with us and a new system but they were transparent even when we annoyed the heck outta them. I appreciate them being patient and working with us. I hope to be some a part of the community and raise my kids with my husband here until I buy my own home one day. You guys rock and are God sent!"
"We have been living here since 2005, managers came and went until Lynn Boswell was hired. She has lead our complex as being the most desired place to live since she came aboard. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I love that we can have pets too (under 35 lbs) which makes it an ideal place to live."
