"Altaire is definitely one of my favorite communities here in the Millenia area, my partner and I have lived in Millenia for about 6 years now and the space and layout along with all the amenities the communities offers is exactly what we look for. The recreational areas are designed beautifully with thought behind them. It’s a quiet community not a lot of commotion happens which is nice. Also the view from the lake is something really nice to be able to see everyday."
"Came to this community for a tour because I heard great things and was utterly impressed. Community was extremely clean and well kept. Staff seemed happy to help and answer questions. Truly impressed with the slew of events they had scheduled when told by the assistant property manager, Henny. I was very happy with their amenities; the gym was impressive compare to most community gyms. Nice to see residents casually strolling through community and the staff didn’t shy away from greeting them, which made me feel like others also enjoy the safety of the community."
"I have been living in this neighborhood for a few months now. And I can honestly say that it has been a pleasant experience. I love that the apartment is located right next to the Millenia Mall and the apartment has a luxury feel compared to any of its surroundings neighborhoods. It is a plus that the neighborhood offers security, so no matter what time of day I am coming home. I feel safe when I am driving through the neighborhood and getting out of my car. The neighborhood offers very nice amenities, such as an infinity, pool, a beautiful sky, lounge, a corner store in the clubhouse, the dog, park, a garden, grills and a 24 hour gym. I always think there is room for improvement so that is why I did not give a 5 rating but overall it has been great!"
