"2/14/2024 edit. I moved out 1/18/2024 and have still not received my refund for my deposit. The office has given me the run around and Felicia and Lonnie have been unhelpful, deflecting blame and offering no information of the accounting department for help. I have contacted the corporate office but they have yet to get back to me. They are breaking the law by not providing a refund within 15 days of move out. Worst place I've ever rented. Terrible roach infestation, I report it to the office and they delete my request right off the website. They refuse to deal with the raccoons but charge a monthly pest control fee. Please please please do not move here. Read the reviews, it is over priced and miserable living here. It's also really obvious the only good reviews are from the leasing team and their friends"

"I lived for 2 years in Fourteen01 because it was the fastest place I found and the cheapest. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. There are way better places out there. The pool is never clean. When people have parties on the weekends in the pool they act like the pool is theirs and don’t let you in. The gym is the hang out spot for teenagers to go smoke weed. They knock on the gym door for someone to let them in. (I never opened the door for them). If you don’t open the door they will climb through the window. Fourteen01 charges for trash valet but there’s time they won’t pick up so the raccoons will go and trash the garbage bag and you are expected to clean it the next day. I had noisy neighbors upstairs to me, complained to the office a few times, they did absolutely nothing about it. Gate is always broken. People try to rush pass you when you put your card to open the gate when it actually works and get almost hit all the time because they want to rush by you even though you the one that opened the gate. This place only cares about is getting their rent money. If you request for maintenance to fix something in your apartment all they do is put a bandage over it instead of fixing things correctly or maintenance will mark your work order as completed and never even entered your apartment. (Example there was water stain from my daughters room ceiling, all they did was paint over it.) My daughters room was carpeted and she was allergic to carpet so I had asked to get it removed even though it was a medical reason and I had doctor documentation, they made me paid $1000 to have my daughters room carpet removed. The office never picks up the phone. I moved out and they are charged me to fill the holes in the wall, kitchen countertop resurface and touch up paint but yet they gave me that apartment with rotten cabinets, a refrigerator light that didn’t work for the 2 years that I lived there, and I can guarantee that apartment was full of mold inside the walls. They neighborhood is not safe, there’s always something happening around there. They will send a text message about once a month saying the tow truck will will towing cars without the sticker, never seen the towing truck in the 2 years I was there. I don’t do reviews at all but I felt people need to know how unprofessional this place is. Not worth moving in there."

"I was looking to move and the first apartments I cam across was Fourteen 01. I have been nothing but happy and satisfied. From the first day of process during the Christmas holidays the process did not take long. I did not want to live on the first floor and Alberto was very helpful in helping me to choose the right apartment. I love my apartment its very cozy and very convenient location to the parking lot. Arianna was very helpful too when Alberto was out on vacation I called and needed assistance and she jumped right in and helped with what I needed. I haven't met the whole staff but the few I have met the assistant manager, Alberto and Arianna have all been very nice."

"I came here for apartments and left with even more. Felicia Young was an amazing employee and gave my roommate and I an experience incomparable to the neighboring apartments. She not only took time to break down cost based on our needs, but also went past the office hours to give us 2 room tours. If I end up living here it would be because I know that I’m looked after and have the support of staff like Felicia."

"Fourteen01 was one of the only locations that my roommate and I could afford prior to moving in; however, we had nothing but negative experiences. Our mailboxes were broken into multiple times, there were animals (raccoons, rats, and stray cats) running around despite paying for pest control, valet trash was never picked up, and the pools were never cleaned. The maintenance staff was not timely and spoke inappropriately on multiple occasions. Trash, including used feminine hygiene items and food, cluttered the common areas and was never cleaned up despite complaints. For the amount paid in rent, you would expect a luxury living facility but it was the complete opposite. After moving out and thinking we were done with this place, we received one phone call from a collections agency saying we owed money. Fourteen01 is charging us for damages even though no one showed up for the scheduled move out inspection. Also, upon speaking to the staff, no one was concerned about coming to the move out inspection and the maintenance team told us we wouldn't be charged anything because "everything was getting torn out anyway." My roommate and I went to the office to request proof of the supposed damages we were being charged for because we never received any notice and no attempt to contact us was made. They only kept telling us to call the collections company because they had no information. The collections company they use is even worse and was combative and disrespectful (Data IQ). Save yourself the trouble of Fourteen01 because it was disgusting and nothing but a hassle."
