"We stayed at “Almost Gulf Front”. It was an absolutely charming private home across the street from the beach! Very secluded pool and spa. Had everything we needed, loved the outdoor shower and huge grill! Great customer service, communication and no issues with rental. Overall great experience!! We will be using Beach House again."
"Wow. This is a 5-star operation from start to finish. Thank you Billy Kellee and team for an incredible two weeks in AMI. We vacation frequently and have many real estate renter experiences in our travels. Many/Most are transactional. Beach House Real Estate builds a relationship and anticipated our needs. From the golf cart being larger and nicer than any we've ever rented, to calling the office for help around the island, to recommendations, they just did not miss on anything. Wish there were more Beach House Real Estates in the vacation rental market elsewhere. But if it's Anna Maria Island, we will never use anyone but Billy and his awesome team. "This home was perfect for our large family! Everyone having their own individual bathroom was ideal, multiple decks, large open kitchen.. it all just worked. When you are traveling with 8 adults having enough space is crucial. We spent several afternoons in the pool, but were thrilled with the homes location close to Pine Ave., Rod & Reel, Anna Maria City Pier, and Bean Point. We've never stayed on this end of the island and it did not disappoint!"
"This house was perfect for our large family. Everyone had it's own bath which was very nice. It could use more pots and pans in the kitchen but we made do with what we had. Our family loved the pool area. Somewhere to hang towels and wet suits would be a great add on. The walk to the beach was short and easy even with our toddlers."
