"Sharonda was amazing! Looking forward to living here. I had to edit the review, still giving five stars absolutely but I had to make a decision based on my hardship not to move here because of the deposit that was required which i know thats definitely not on the complex however, while I understand i made the decision to live here and had to change after because after checking my finances it just wouldn’t work I called and asked if an agreement can be reached to give me some of the $300 admin fee back and it was a no. Based on what I expressed I really wish some understanding was given and compassion. Nonetheless beautiful place and staff was welcoming It would have been better to come to an agreement. I pray God blesses you guys and thank you for trying to help. They did try to split the deposit and move the move in date but it still was too much for me."

"I have lived at Camden Orange Court for a little over two years and have loved living here. The staff here is absolutely amazing! No matter the staff member or time period, I have consistently been met with stellar customer service. The staff and community are great reflections of each other. Rebecca helped me tremendously as a leasing consultant and still does the same from her managerial position. I recently transferred to another apartment in the community with the help of Sharonda, who has been extremely helpful since she began working here. Gloria always greets my dog and I with a smile followed by wanting to make sure that everything is good. Miah is super helpful as well and has been since she began working here. Orietta is one of the nicest and timeliest people I have ever met. Laurie is a super mom and rock star as a manager . The maintenance guys, Kevin, Tito, and Pedro, greet my dog and I first thing in the morning, followed by making sure all is well in my home. These are just a few examples of great people that help make the community great."

"I have lived here for just under a year and absolutely love living here! So much so I renewed my lease to stay. The office staff is absolutely amazing, so friendly, and so quick to meet your request and needs when requested; I even love to drop in and just chat with them! The maintenance crew is quick to respond and does so efficiently and are friendly as well. Overall, everyone goes above and beyond. On a final note, if you are worried about the hustle and bustle of downtown, Camden Orange has the vibe of living downtown yet also is a quiet and tranquil place where you are glad to come home."
