"If I could give this place 0 stars I would . FRAUD ALERT . I paid for this service and NEVER received any services what so ever . This was months ago and still yet to receive my money back . As soon as I asked for a refund because people were playing in my phone pretending to be different people but it was the same person trying to change their voice . They ghosted me blocked me and haven’t heard anything since I requested a refund total RIP OFF"
"Do not sign for this places services at all! All they literally do is pull listing from your city, call the apartment companies and then ask if you will accept you. Something you can literally do on your own for free. They make it seem like they already have places they know will will accept you but that is a lie to get you to buy there services. They only allow you to pick 6 places at a time for them to “call” and wouldn’t follow up with me until days later. I requested a refund and they immediately ghosted me and stopped providing services even though they kept my money. Do not do business with these people better off doing it on your own I was able to find a place by myself with no thanks to second chance rentals. Now I am out 189 dollars for no reason."
"They take forever to get back to you. Called 10 times for a refund because I decided not to use the service and they will give you the run around or avoid you. That’s even including the fact I didn’t ask for more listings and never received the service I paid for."
