"Literally today a young kid smoking weed at the bottom of the stairs. I asked him did he live at this building and he said no, so I then asked why don't you smoke at your building we have children here playing. And thankfully he was respectful and relocated but I mean who does that. And they really need to have the security gate fixed in the front not just where it's open but where it opens and closes and gives us a sense of more security. Now when it comes to fixing something I can say in the past month I have gotten it done so I'm thankful to God for that. Other than that the community and the apartments are nice and affordable it is just the things that goes on outside. The fact that random people kicked on my door 4 in the morning is insane.. I stay praying pleading the blood of Jesus over my home and family."

"This establishment is full of FRAUDS. I applied at this apartment complex, they called and said I was denied. When I ask why, they claimed they didn’t know why and I had to request the report from Rentgrow that would state WHY I was denied. So I did, and sure enough , the report says I was APPROVED. When I went there to see what the issue was, they kept saying they couldn’t help me. So basically They pocketed my application fee. The favoritism & unprofessionalism here is DISGUSTING. Would not recommend this place to anyone. A bunch of THIEVES."

"We have been catching roaches by ourselves for about 2 years now. We have to change these out every week. This is just from our kitchen. THE KITCHEN! Where we cook our food. It’s disgusting. The sugar water pest control sprays does NOTHING. We clean our apartment 2-3 times a week. Even shampoo and deep clean our own carpet a couple times a month. So we aren’t dirty people AT ALL. Maintenance has even complimented us on the cleanliness of our home. These apartments are just highly infested."

"All in all apartments are trash first 2 years of living here everything was cool then the kids started leaving trash everywhere pulling fire alarms knocking/kicking on doors all times of the night and day people with dogs just let them go to the bathroom anywhere and not pick up after their pets ROACHES AND ANTS are a SERIOUS PROBLEM if anything in your apartments breaks and you file a complaint to the office Tabresha or however you spell her name will send maintenance out WEEKS LATER and she’ll leave a notice on your door saying you have to pay for whatever maintenance came out and fixed why should we have to be billed for something YOUR APARTMENTS ARE SUPPOSED TO FIX FOR FREE"

"I use to live here and wouldn’t recommend this community. In the beginning of living here it was okay. There is one trash compactor for the whole community. Which a mountain of trash builds up. No matter how clean you keep the unit, you’re paying to live with German roaches. Whatever pest control is using, it is making more roaches come. You can dust today and tomorrow you will need to dust again. In my unit my children & I kept getting sick. There was a mold issue! The hallways were always disgusting. Children from other buildings will come and drop their garbage and leave it there, and you will come home to a notice on your door about being fined for garbage. The gates to the community haven’t been fixed since 2016. The splash pad been out of commission since 2017. I been in that pool twice out of the 8 years and anytime you go to the mailbox it have the sign up that it isn’t working. They haven’t pressure washed in years. The teenagers in the neighborhood will pull the fire alarm and it will go off all night no one came until the next morning. Inconsiderate noisy neighbors. Tabresha act like she care about the Tenants and she doesn’t. When I gave my paper to vacate she put a notice on my door about trash. Then another notice about what needs to be done before vacating. The paper contradicts as it states clean before you leave so you won’t be charged the $250 dollar fee for cleaning which they automatically charge you. The bottom of the door wood came off from opening and shutting the door they charged me for that no dent or forced damage. They just take your deposit. Tabresha have poor customer service. Once Tia was gone the replacement Tabresha was not a good choice. I wish I could give no stars."
