"After a different apartment complex completely dropped the ball on my move in, Marissa at Aqua saved the day. I called her 4 days before I was moving and she was able to get me completely set up within 24 hours. The complex even sets you up with an explicit checklist to keep your move organized. Marissa called me at every point to update me and explain the next steps. She was absolutely amazing and I’m so grateful for her assistance. The complex itself is beautiful. The apartment was super clean upon move in and I feel very safe here. I know people who have moved out of this complex and ended up moving back in because they like it so much, and I can see why!"
"Cars Broken into. - 470$ in damage, nothing of value visible through windows, paperwork for car stolen. Elevator License Very Expired, and uncomfortable using them. Rather unstable Feeling riding up and down, use stairs for safety. Frequent Fire alarms, though no fires. Very quick to throw '3 days to pay or you get evicted' notices on the door, even when there is autopay set up and by the time the notice is on the door, 0$ owed."
"We are a linchpin to places like this, no customer no business. Took over the lease with previous hidden damage to the closet door. At the time of the move out was charged for it as well as other fees, called the office to address the dispute no call back no response just sent me to collections, willing to pay for the charges that apply to me, but extra days stay charged was authorized by the property manager and should not be on the bill, If this predicament is solved properly premise will be reversed!!!"
"I chose Aqua at Millenia as my new home because I was impressed by Marissa, the community manager, and her positive attitude. Since moving in, Marissa, Ryan, the service manager, and Sarah, another office staff member, have all been fantastic in ensuring a smooth transition for my move and making my stay as comfortable as possible.I would highly recommend renting here!"
"Y’all will love love love, living here!!!! Jay and managers so amazing pool is like being at a resort in key west! Fountains every where, out door covered kitchen, television, and comfy seating! Best part the lobby is so beautiful and welcoming. I love our appt! Thankyou aqua staff y’all are so amazing!"
