"If you have a high purchasing power in your home country and don't like shouting or loud noises, please don't live here! Look to live in Hunters Creek there, it will indeed be a great community for you, especially if you have children to raise. The office does a wonderful job, but the residents leave much to be desired! There's always police presence around here, and neighborly disputes are common, with people speaking loudly in the hallways. You'll also find litter in the hallways outside of collection hours, and there are often donation bins at the building's entrance. I'm glad I moved away."

"I'm here for 9 months now, I can tell that it's a good place for live. The problems here are related with the nighborhood close and the other residents that don't care for folowing the rules, not with the condominium. What should be improve? The cleaning in comoom areas, like entrance of the building, elevators, free space inside building 5 and the applicance of fees for those that break the rules over and over, but it's not something that transform the living experience in something bad. I recommend who get's a good price for the apartment move to this condominium."

"Unfortunately, there are a lot of cockroaches in the apartment, even though we keep it clean. Many of the residents do not pick up the poo after their dog, and the sidewalk is often full of dog poo. The dog runner cannot be used because it is full of dog poop. The stairwells and elevators are unfortunately dirty. They are constantly passing through from the neighboring Indigo apartment, and the fence is stretched in several places. The maintenance staff are very nice and helpful, as well as the office workers, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the property overall."

"As someone who's lived here I feel as if this is important to know, most of the higher reviews are left due to the fact that during events, the staff instructs you to write them a solid review in turn for pizza parties and raffle tickets. If you want a general consensus of the place might I suggest that you read the 3 stars and lower. This place looks so lovely, especially for the area but that's how they get you. I genuinely suggest that you look for nicer areas with nicer prices. If you're going to pay THIS much, then you deserve more. Think twice when trying to find you and your family a suitable home."

"Awesome community. Super high quality finishes in the apartments, smart locks everywhere, and security patrols coming every day make everyone feel safe. The staff is perfect, very attentive to maintenance requests. Dog park and playground are amazing, and they have 2 pools, 5 grills, and walking paths. Love the package lockers and the huge amenity spaces, including the little offices where you can work and have coffee for free!"
