"I’ve been living here 4 years and this place has went downhill REAL BAD! It used to be a very nice place to live but i promise it’s getting really bad and starting to look trashy. Maintenance takes weeks to come & truly don’t know how to fix things. Office staff do NOT answer emails, you have to physically show up there & they’ll make you wait awhile to speak with any management. Roaches coming out of every crevice and the pest control they have do absolutely nothing. Not just my apartment, multiple people in the community expressed their concern to me also. My neighbors leave their garbage outside overflowing all day/night and nothing is done about it yet theyre supposed to be fined every time it’s left out not during the trash service hours which are like 6-7pm. It’s embarrassing to have guests over. The security “accidentally” put a huge green sticker on my drivers window due to not having proper parking permit. I called the next morning and they apologized because i was up to date with all my stuff. Yet i struggled so bad getting that sticker off my window and no help was offered. To this day i have sticker residue still on my window."
"I moved in in October '22. The apartment was dirty, it took a long time to wash everything. When applying for rent, I asked for the top floor, they said it was available, and they moved me to the first floor. They promised that within 6 months an apartment would be available at my request. On the first day I submitted a request to repair the door and toilet, everything was done quickly. The next problem is the sewage system... in 4 months of living here, the water in the kitchen does not drain three times. You leave a request, you receive a letter that it has been completed - you check it. Nothing changed. The service is sometimes terrible... P.S. I wrote 2 letters to the email address that was indicated in the reply! No reaction!"
"There is no preparation for the heating season! The heating in our apartment does not work. I made a request for repairs back in early November. They told us for a month that they were waiting for a new replacement part. Now the spare part seems to have arrived, but repairs are still not being carried out. We've been freezing for two months now! It's horrible!"
