"My husband and I have been here about a year and a half. I must admit when we first moved in I was a little irritated at how things were just thrown together in order for us to move in. But ever since Ms Baxter has taken over as the property manager she has done an excellent job in improving the property and making it a wonderful place to live. I appreciate all that she has done and all she will continue to do to make The Park At Milano a great place to call home! And a big shout out to Carlos and the maintenance team for being so kind and efficient. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!"
"I got in my apartment month I applied. The application process was easy. I been living here since February 2023 and never had major issue. If I report an issue maintenance got on it. Management is very friendly. Plus is very quiet community also clean."
"I must say that when I first moved into the community. The management staff was dishonest and unreliable. Then I met Ms. Joanne and Mr. Christain they brought life back to this complex. You are greeted with smiles, not condescending tones. They actually listen to me as a resident when I need something for my apartment."
"Do not move here. They need to fix these apartments up. When I moved in the apartment was put together. So many holes in the wall & you can tell they patched it up & half done, Terrible paint job & the cabinets are so old & disgusting. They came & tore the bushes down but expect me to keep snakes & millipedes out of my house & they don’t like to fix nothing. New Management & office staff is deeply needed & the inside needs to be fixed up. The front door was damaged, look like the previous tenants allowed a dog to chew it up but they put the next tenant inside the apartment without replacing the door, mailbox tore up, needs to be replaced. There deserve no star."
