"if you love having to run your gas stove for heat because they refused to turn the boiler on although temps reached under 35 degrees this winter or having to steam a bathroom for a little bit of warmth for your kids, only to be blamed for a mold issue that they just constantly paint over, then go for it. They do not respond to emails regarding concerns but somehow know how to reach out when rents 2 days late. It’s sad this will get their attention but not my 4 emails i sent asking for the boiler to be turned on so we can access our heat. We pay for AC and heating!! Previous years when temps have reached under 35/40 degrees our boiler was turned even if it was just for 2 days.. Not this winter! they made it known they did not care and the boiler wasnt going on! Only option on the thermostat is AC! It seems like Vanessa and Betsy were the only ones who truly cared for the families here. Can not bring it in me to renew again, this winter was cold and my kids broke out in hives on their face almost everyday. Schools were cold, outside was cold, school bus was cold. Couldnt even come home to a warm home. My neighbor has a newborn baby & we couldnt phatom why the heat wasnt turned on this year. OH, They will reach out or respond to emails about rent though! LOL plenty of apartments jn this beautiful srea, please do research and ask questions before signing anything."

"Evie, who is the manager here at Westwood suite had been so helpful and nice to me. She is a very good person and I hope you keep her here in this location. Very lovely. Like living here. The request for maintenance is always prompt and well done."

"At first I moved in it was good when Betsy was the manger once they started to keep changing management everything went downhill I didn’t have washer dryer for months no dishwasher for months on Thanksgiving day my unit and 3 other units flooded due a pipe issue which needed damaging Ms furniture my work equipment lost 4 days of work and they wanna give me credit of 50$ go anywhere else but not here they charge you arm and a leg for rent they don’t provide what they promise as amenities my closet doors are still damaged due to the flood and weeks later they still haven’t don’t nothing not to mention 2-3 times out of the week there is no gas to cook or hot water to shower horrible I will file a complaint with BBB and Orange County court house"
