SUR Lake Buena Vista

"I absolutely LOVE my apartment. I applied to live here without even taking a tour. The virtual tour DID NOT disappoint. The office staff has been absolutely exceptional. The maintenance team is fast, proficient and friendly. Neighbors are friendly and the complex is out of the way hidden from the theme park chaos. I’ve lived in plenty of apartments over the years but this by far is my favorite. I truly feel like home. "

"I’ve lived here since they opened and I’ve never had any problems (besides Jeyza). The office is always willing to assist with any questions we may have. Maintenance is absolutely amazing! Wesley, Tony and Jose always come as soon as they can and resolve the issue in a timely manner. They are literally the best!!"

"I'm starting to live here in the South. Lake Buena Vista, and in my experience the Manager Jennifer Hanks and her Assistant Velouse Germain, were super Attentive in all the procedures, and when it came to delivering the apartment super punctual, and efficient the place Clean and pleasant"

"This place is horrible. My friend has been having problems with bugs and mold in her apartment since she's moved in and nothing has been done. Gate has been broken for months, calls to the office are a waste of time and effort, so much for a "gated community ". Seems like they are neglecting old residents claims so they leave and new higher rent paying residents can move in. Here just an example of the dog waste area, that probably has not been cleaned in weeks. The laziness of the people that maintain this place is obvious, they just don't care about the residents and the minimums to have a pleasant living experience. Stay away of this place if you value your peace and a decent dwelling to call home."

"The property itself is very nice at first, or at least it was when we first move in when it was brand new in 2021. We also like our unit itself. We never had any major problems during our stay here. However, the property is showing its wear all too soon in the common areas. Water leaking from some apartments, concrete chips in the floor and stairs. Tiles are taped together with blue tape strips to keep the tiles from falling off the walls. The gates have not been working for about 7 months. The biggest issue here is the management group. It is the third management group since we moved here. The second management group was not all that good, but this latest group is incredibly inept. The absolute worst. There is zero accountability and zero sense of ownership. This current management group just keeps blaming the previous management group. Whenever I asked about the status of the gates I am told that they are waiting for a part.(for 7 months???) The last time I inquired about the gate, the manager asked me to leave her office. What a way to treat a tenant. Pet waist in common areas is also a big issue. I do not recommend moving to this property."
