The leasing and management staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I love the events that they hold for the residents. I will definitely be renewing my lease."

Despite consistently paying rent on time, our experience with the management team has been disappointing, leading to a 0-star rating. Over the past four months, we have faced ongoing issues, including an unresolved hot water problem, malfunctioning washing machine, and a poorly equipped kids' clubhouse. Additionally, the lack of communication and notice on various matters has added to our frustration. Today, I received a notice about a box placed outside without any prior warning. When I approached the office to apologize, the staff's response was extremely rude, and I was charged $75 without consideration for it being my first offense. Despite enduring hot water issues affecting my family, including my sick son, I refrained from complaining. The absence of luxury facilities and unreasonable penalties for terminating the lease prompt me to caution others against choosing Ancora Apartments. Moreover, the perpetual smell on the patio and consistently dirty stairs contribute to the overall unpleasant living environment. I implore you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and enhance the quality of life for all residents at Ancora Apartments."

"No Hot Water!!! Title: Disappointing Experience at Ancora “Luxury?”Apartments As a resident at Ancora “Luxury?”Apartments, I had high hopes for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Unfortunately, several factors have contributed to a disappointing stay that falls short of the luxury promised by the name. To begin with, one of the most basic amenities, hot water, has been consistently unreliable. The frustration of not having access to hot water can be incredibly inconvenient and disruptive to daily life, and it has been a persistent issue that has not been adequately addressed. Furthermore, the discrepancy between the advertised landscaping and the reality on the ground is stark. The lush and well-maintained outdoor spaces depicted in promotional materials are a far cry from the lackluster and subpar landscaping that greets residents in person. This misrepresentation is a disservice to those who were drawn in by the promise of beautiful surroundings. Moreover, the management staff at Ancora Luxury Apartments has been a major letdown. Their lack of friendliness and professionalism has contributed to an unwelcoming environment. Residents should feel valued and respected, but instead, interactions with the management staff have left much to be desired. While the maintenance team is competent in some respects, their tendency to shift blame onto residents is concerning. Rather than taking full responsibility for their duties, they have resorted to attributing issues to the residents, which is both unprofessional and unfair. A particularly unpleasant aspect of living at Ancora Luxury Apartments is the prevalence of dog waste throughout the hallways and on the carpets. This unsanitary and unsightly problem reflects poorly on the management's ability to maintain a clean and hygienic living environment for all residents. In conclusion, my experience at Ancora Luxury Apartments has been marred by a series of disappointments. The issues with hot water, landscaping, management, maintenance, and cleanliness have collectively created an unsatisfactory living situation. As a resident, I had hoped for a higher standard of living, but unfortunately, the reality has fallen far short of expectations. I sincerely hope that these issues can be addressed and improved for the benefit of current and future residents. Potential improvements in hot water maintenance, landscaping upkeep, management professionalism, maintenance accountability, and cleanliness protocols should be considered as essential steps toward creating a truly luxurious living environment at Ancora Luxury Apartments."

"Although it has its flaws, I generally like it hear at Ancora. Nice apartments, staff, location and amenities have made it a good choice for my budget. Pluses- Ancora has some nice apartments. There are various floor plans with nice kitchens, appliances and come with washer & dryer. Although not for everyone, I especially like the shower option in the master bath. I feel safe in the apartment and never had a problem with deliveries being left at the door all day. I often see wildlife including waterfowl, otters, birds, and even an opossum! Maintenance is very responsive often showing up on the same day as the request. Friendly too. Generally the landscaping is nice, but average upkeep. Management is friendly and courteous and do what is possible to assist or rectify issues. Minuses- Attention to detail or less important things. Although apartments are nice, common areas such as hallways, stairs, and common amenity areas lack consistent cleanliness. They have a golf simulator that was a major factor for me has been down probably half of my 6 month stay so far (still down). There is also only 1 pool cue for the table. It’s also a bit noisy from all the A/C units. Unfortunately the design gives every apartment their own A/C located in the apartment not on the roof. There is a constant hum around the clock. Really too bad for the inside courtyard areas and forest view units. Lastly, they have private App for communications, but every time I chat or post, it seems to be ignored."

"I’ve lived at Ancora now for a few months. I absolutely love the location as it’s close to Disney Springs, Premium Outlets and MCO. The community is quiet and amenities are endless. My apartment is modern and spacious for my family. The pocket doors in my master bathroom are a very nice touch to showcase my team memorabilia. I would definitely recommend Ancora to anyone looking for a nice apartment in a high demand area."
