"Its an ok place to rent, decent price compared to other apartments in the area. Administration is really good on enforcing parking rules and offering money for good reviews on google, but really bad at fixing gates(you can enter property without a key) and one of the grills in the pool area(it’s been like that for almost a year). The last thing is don’t waste your time trying to call the leasing office they will never pick your phone call up."

"No troubles so far here, The apartments are nice enough that whenever I visit others I started to compare their unit with this one. the units have very good insolation that keeps the thermostat temp steady and my Duke energy bill was $105 for December with heat on 75 and cool on 77. maintenance seems responsive, I sent a maintenance request for the AC during one weekend and they responded and repair the problem same day."

"I’ve lived here for 4 years now and really can’t complain about anything but the parking. Besides that, I’m never bothered by anyone. The apartments are nice and spacious. Love the kitchen. Maintenance team really keeps everything looking good around the areas and are always quick to help and do it efficiently. The gym is always clean and has great equipment. I hope the management team continues to improve and provide a great experience for us."

"I lived at Lantower Grande Flats for 3 years! I truly enjoyed my time there! The leasing staff was always kind and helpful, maintenance workers always prompt! And I loved my apartment! When I moved in it was clean and ready for me, I never had pest issues, all my appliances were new and worked great! This is a great affordable safe complex for anyone to live, not to mention 15 minutes from airport, 15 minutes from mall and major theme parks! I never felt unsafe or unhappy living here!"
